EU dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

1. Controller

Controller for data processing on this website is Munich Analytics GmbH (operating under the brand TII), Dorfstraße 11, 82024 Taufkirchen, Germany. Contact: fabian@tii.supply.

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Netlify automatically processes technical data (IP address, date and time, browser type, requested page) in server logs to deliver the site securely and reliably. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable provision). Data may be processed in the USA; Netlify relies on EU standard contractual clauses. Log data is not merged with other data.

3. Contact form (briefing request)

If you use the briefing form, we process your name, email address and organisation to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Submissions are stored in Netlify Forms and deleted once the request is fully handled and no retention duties apply.

4. Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your name and email address to send you a short monthly briefing. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example via the unsubscribe option in any issue or by emailing fabian@tii.supply. Data is stored until you unsubscribe. Submissions are collected via Netlify Forms.

5. Content loaded from third parties

To display the site, fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and JavaScript libraries from the jsDelivr CDN (Volentio JSD Ltd.). When these resources load, your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a uniform, performant presentation). No cookies are set by these services on this site.

6. Local storage, no cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Your language choice (EN/DE) is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) purely as a functional setting (§ 25 (2) TDDDG); it contains no personal data and is not transmitted to us.

7. Encryption

This site uses TLS encryption (https) for all transmissions.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
